Wirehoods
Free-Belt Wirehoods for bottles manufactured in any shape, size and color.
Wirehoods manufactured by Subermex represent a guarantee that the contents of the bottle has not been tampered with, since the wirehood can only be used once. Our free-belt wirehoods are made with five threads: one for the waist, which may be a single or double twist closure, and four to form the cross holding the plate.
Braided compact cross. Production with a more compact build on the braided cross allows for more space to better fit the rim of the bottle and a more elegant presentation. At the same time, it facilitates the introduction of the plate, as it comes in contact with the twisted part of the leg.
Our wirehoods are available in single piece and free-belt design and the wire itself can be supplied in a variety of colors. All models are galvanized for corrosion protection and are available with lacquered coating and in any color. We offer an unlimited number of print colors per disc with the highest quality printing. We can customize any wirehood, adapting to the bottle's desired presentation, both in 5-wire combinations, which can be in different colors, and in the plaque, which can be of standard colors or with custom printing.
Our wirehoods are designed to fit any bottle, to be used for sparkling wine, cider, beer or pressurized beverages.
